You have to plan between 1h30 and 3 hours according to the courses and take sports shoes. You have the possibility to do the courses several times.
For your comfort, the park is equipped with showers, toilet and locker rooms.
In July and August, we advice you to come at the opening hour of the park: 10am.
A reservation is recommended for the groups.
It is important to eat and to drink something (water…) before the beginning of the courses.

The security of our customers is the priority of the “Terraltitude” park staff members. You will be equipped with a complete security material: harness, tether, pulley and gloves. The games and the courses are checked and validated by a control office.

équipement pour l'évacuation All our staff members are qualified and trained to the practice of the acrobatic courses. Each course is supervised by one or several monitors. Nowadays, AFNOR norms regulate our type of activities. We take care to apply these norms.

Concerned about the quality of our activities, we have defined a special training for the staff members. Since 3 years, Adventure Park® is an organization in charge of the training of the staff. Our organization is registered (n°93 05 0058705) concerning the supervision of the courses and the bungee jumping but also concerning the welcome of the customers.
Our institution (APS n°04061ET0018) is also registered to the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

 

The different steps before the beginning of the courses:
1.    Welcome: We are at your disposal to answer your questions.
2.    Security equipment: Installed by the “Terraltitude” staff.
3.    Safety instructions: you will be informed of the safety instructions and guided towards the courses.
4.    All along the courses, you will be self-confident thanks to the signs which will help you.
5.     Your entrance ticket gives you a free access to the facilities since your arrival till the closing of the park.
6.    Departure of the courses, according to yourself: from the easier course to the most difficult course.		 Le personnel vous équipe
